Mr. Digen Ballayan, Founder and Executive Director of Lifetime Skills Home Healthcare Services Foundation (LSHS), is a distinguished professional with over 30 years’ experience in the human services sector. As the Executive Director of LSHS, Mr. Ballayan brings a wealth of expertise: he has held numerous positions in both the public and private sectors, consistently delivering exceptional results. Notable roles include Case Manager Philadelphia Youth Advocate Program, Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist at ABA Consulting Services, Adult Protective Services Care Manager/Investigator for the County of Delaware, PA; and twelve years as a Therapist at ResCare. He also serves as an ordained Pastor of the Gospel of Jesus Christ under Apostle Edward Mouphouet, founder of the Global Revival Missions.

Mr. Ballayan holds an M.Ed, MBA in addition to numerous relevant training and academic honors, He is known for his high level of motivation and excellent interpersonal skills and is deeply committed to the well-being of others.
