Lifetime Skills Home Healthcare Services Foundation is a Home Healthcare Services Provider, providing Services through OLTL (Office of Long-Term Living). We provide services by supporting older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, and those with long-term care needs. These services are designed to provide in-home services and communities for individuals to live their everyday lives.
Additional services include
- Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS): This includes assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, allowing individuals to remain in their homes.
- Personal Care Assistance: Support with personal hygiene, grooming, and other personal needs.
- Care Management: Coordinating services and ensuring that the individual's needs are met, often through a dedicated case manager.
